John acts as a mentor to the CEO and currently is the principal broker for BB. He has been with Mohit since 2008 and currently is responsible for all the lease negotiations, outsourcing the locations, inline retail, as well as working on the  financial side of the project. John brings wealth of knowledge and experience to BB and also owns a pizza restaurant as a family business.
