Currently all the bakery for Barley Bean is artisanly baked in our commissary kitchen led by Mrs. Wood. Prior to forming the baking company Kate was involved with the inception of Barley Bean and served as its first general manager. She earned her baking certification from Auguste Escoffier Institute in Austin, Texas.
