Tasting Notes: Our Signature Cold Brew Blend that brought all the overheated Austinites to us for a stimulating cool down. This blend is inspired by the coffees used, as is referenced in the name; most of the coffees in this blend are from Africa.

Coffees from Africa are normally extremely vibrant with notes of floral and citrus. This is an affront to traditional cold brew that tends to be very bold in flavor and rely more heavily on notes of chocolate and/or nuts. However, we think the vibrance of summer should be recognized in our cold brew.

As a result, this cold brew has the floral and citrus notes you would expect from African coffees but mellowed out with a nice bittersweet chocolate finish. An anomaly that has proven to be great on the palate.
