Dhruti (Dee) currently serves as Director of Food and Beverage for Barleybean. She manages the backbone of Barleybean which is our S. Lamar location and has successfully initiated the vegan program for the company. She is slated to run the business analysis side of BB and will be training soon with Mohit Mehra on the same.
